Twelve rooms. A little closer to the sea.

A house, with a little soul.

Twelve rooms, an olive tree, and the sea just beyond. Aurel House is an imagined place for the things that make a stay feel personal.

An olive tree shades a quiet limestone courtyard with walnut doors and arched passageways.

Built around
the quiet moments.

We began with a courtyard. Somewhere for the morning light to gather, for a cup to cool, for a conversation to outlast the coffee. Around it, we imagined a small house of pale stone and open doors.

The details are simple, and chosen to be lived with: walnut worn smooth by the hand, linen that moves in the breeze, handmade bowls that never quite match. Beyond the house, a rocky coastline draws a long line between land and sea.

This is a fictional retreat, created to explore how an intimate hotel can feel online. The invitation is real enough: take your time. Look a little closer.

The house’s small rectangular pool, surrounded by pale stone and quiet planting.

A little cool water.

Our small rectangular pool sits in the garden, with stone underfoot and the coast beyond. Swim, read, repeat. There is no lifeguard in the fictional specification; children require adult supervision.

The morning room.

A room that opens to the terrace, where breakfast lasts as long as the conversation. Later in the day, find a quiet corner with a book and a glass of water.
